Step 5. Now hit control tab. This will take you back to the desktop without closing sc4.
Step 6. You should be looking at art money. you will see a long window that says select process with an arrow at the end. Click the arrow and you should
see SC 4. click on sc4.
Step 7. Click search. (in search are three windows)
1 Should be exact value
2. Says value. Enter the amount of money you have left in the city you have opened. Ex: 99995
3 Integer standerd should be here.
Step 8. Click ok
Step 9. After the program reads sc4, it should bring up 2 numbers in the left window. Click on the red arrow and it will move the info to the right window.
For the 1st one. Then repeat for the second one. Or hit the green one to move all of them at once.
Step 10. Both should be in the right window. In the right window is a collumn called value. The number should match the amount of money you had left in
your city.
Step 11. Highlight the number and change it to 99999999. Do this in both. Now click the empty box in front off each row and hit the F above. This freezes
the amount. (However you don't really need to freeze it, it's a lot of money to spend.)
Step 12. Now click on the Sieve botton and it will bring up a window and click ok when finished loading.
Step 13. Now click back to Sim City and go to mayor mode, press play and in a few seconds the money amount will change. After it changes, save it just
in case. Repeat the steps above for each city.
Tips
You can do this to formerly played cities. Just recommended you have over $100,000 before you do this. I learned that the more money you have the fewer
files you have to change the numbers on.
Locking the amount is not required but optional.
